Description: The overall purpose of this seminar is to enhance skills and knowledge in clinical supervision. Participants will have ample opportunity to examine their supervisory styles, roles and functions in the context of agency based practice. Additionally, an array of supervisory techniques such as coaching, offering feedback and providing education will be explored in order to build upon participant’s supervisory practice.
