Principal Investigator Institute for Leadership Development (ILD) through a MOU with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services Office of Training and Workforce Development to implement and evaluate leadership professional development activities for public and private child welfare agency executive directors, managers, and supervisors. FY24 award is for $2,150,656.
Principal Investigator Supporting Knowledge into Practice (SKIP) through a MOU with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to design, implement, and evaluate transfer of learning strategies in collaboration with the ACS Office of Training and Workforce Development. FY 24 award is $4,607, 545.
Community Partnership(s)
PI of Supporting Knowledge into Practice (SKIP) a collaboration between NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Office of Training and Workforce Development and the Silberman School of Social Work with a goal of implementing and evaluating transfer of learning strategies in partnership with the ACS Division of Child Protection and the ACS Division of Youth and Family Justice.
Serve as a member of the Advisory Committee for the ACS Office of Training and Workforce Development providing input on professional development needs of public and private child welfare staff.
Technical assistance to 10 programs implementing Family Connections, a community-based child maltreatment prevention program, in the Bronx, East Harlem, and Brooklyn.
