IT Services is an integral part of the School of Social Work. The goal of the IT Services team is to ensure that your day-to-day technological needs are met. If you need help with any of the following, please email the Helpdesk (email@example.com) and provide details:
- Replace, repair, or upgrade your computer.
- Install or upgrade new software.
- Set up mobile devices/tablets with necessary software/programs
- Order and set up new equipment (pending Chair approval)
- Set up file-sharing.
- Printer or photocopier help.
- Photocopier pin code. You can also email Irene Vargas (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Ensure privacy of your computer/data for IRB purposes.
- Proposal support as it relates to technology.
- Audio visual support for events.
